I’m the UK’s only dedicated pickleball photographer. It’s a title I take seriously in Lancaster and across the wider Lancashire pickleball scene, where the sport is gaining new players and venues at a remarkable pace.
I’ve spent many years immersed in the pickleball, learning its fast pace, rules, and personalities. When I photograph a club session or tournament in Lancaster, I already know what to look for. That’s the difference, I capture the sport with knowledge and ease.
My specialty is based over 30 years of professional sports photography experience, including work as official photographer at the English Nationals at Bolton Arena and the English Open at the NEC Birmingham. I’ve photographed thousands of players and countless championship-deciding moments at the highest level of the sport in the United Kingdom, and I bring that same eye for the decisive moment to every event I cover in Lancaster, however local it might be.
Whatever your event needs, I can help with tournament and match-day photography, high-speed action shots capturing the speed of the game, individual and team portraits, awards and presentation photography, sponsor and branding imagery, ready-to-post social media content, commercial photography for clubs and venues, and highlights coverage to promote the event long after it finishes.
Because I understand pickleball, I’m rarely caught out by the moment that matters: the diving return, the dink that wins the point, the celebration after match point. And because I know organisers need results fast, I deliver high-quality images quickly, ready for media, marketing, and social channels.
If you’re putting on a pickleball event in Lancaster and want a photographer who genuinely understands the sport, I’d love to hear about it.
